There was a lot going on in the Vail area this past weekend. Over 200 teams participated in the Vail Valley Cup Soccer Tournament. Thank you to the team from Durango who stayed at Vail International. At the Vilar Center in Beaver Creek, the Hermanos Gutierrez performed on Friday night and Tom Rush and Brendan Cleary took the stage on Saturday night. Overall, a super fun, fall weekend in Vail.

There were a lot of people in Vail Village for on the weekend of October 18 - 20. There was music from Helmut Fricker and his band, plenty of cold b**r and a kids area with face painting offered by the Vail Valley Soccer Club.

A lot of classic cars were on display at the Vail Concours in Lionshead on Sunday, September 20th. It was great to be able to speak to the owners about the restorations that they had done to many of the cars.

Summertime is live music time in the Vail area. Electric Avenue, an 80s rock cover band, played to a full house at the Vilar Center For The Performing Arts in Beaver Creek on July 8th. The pit was full of people who were on their feet and dancing for the entire show. There are more shows throughout the summer at the VPAC as well as at the Gerald R Ford Amphitheater in Vail. Stay at the Vail International condos and take the free bus to all of the events at The Amp.

A super fun weekend in Vail at the Go Pro Mountain Games. Speed climbing, running, rafting and bike racers from 4 years old to elite pros competed in Vail at one of the premiere events of the summer season. The next big event is the annual King of the Mountain Volleyball tournament, June 19 - 21. Stay at Vail International for all of your cool summer adventures in Vail.
