The BrazenHead Inn is located on US 219 in the old community of Mingo, in the high mountains of southern Randolph County, West Virginia. Guests park off-road in front of the inn, or off to its south side. Access to rooms as well as the restaurant and pub is from surrounding covered porches, which are wheelchair accessible.
