South Beach Place, 18 immaculately clean and comfortable suites, fully equipped with living, dining, kitchen, separate bedroom and bath. Each suite is decorated different in a fun and pleasant Florida retro style. We are pet friendly,

located in a quiet cul de sac across the street from South Beach Park and a few steps to Vero's most beautiful beach. Our amenities include, heated pool, BBQ area, shuffleboard courts, WiFi, bicycles, laundry facility, parking, lush tropical grounds, great service and a relaxing ambiance. Dear Guests, Friends & Future Guests,

We have a little something new to show you. 🤎

After weeks of work behind the scenes, Room 103 has reopened her door.

She has fresh paint, a completely remodeled bathroom, and a beautiful fresh feel — but if you know South Beach Place, you know we weren’t about to erase everything that made her special.

The vintage lamp stayed.
The leather chair stayed.
The artwork, the collected treasures, the little unexpected details — they stayed too.

Because we didn’t want to make Room 103 new.

We wanted to make her renewed.

A little fresher. A little brighter. A lot more beautiful. But still filled with the character, history and wonderfully mismatched personality that belongs at South Beach Place.

Freshly remodeled. Still full of stories.

Welcome back, Room 103. 🌴

At South Beach Place, we know vacations are better when your favorite companion gets to come along. 🌴

Morning walks near the beach, naps in the suite, exploring the garden, and relaxing outside while the Florida sun goes down… sounds like a pretty good vacation to us. 🐶☀️

After all, they’re family too. ❤️
