A. It is at the southern end of Sandbridge, right next to the Little Island City Park and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Our fully furnished condo unit on the 4th floor overlooks the beautiful Back Bay. If you like to relax on the beach or kayak on the bay, watch sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the bay, you'll love it here. The Sanctuary condos has 3 swimming pools (including a swim-up bar), hot tub, poolside grills and tables, library, 2 fitness rooms, oceanfront boardwalk, covered parking garage, and onsite Mexican restaurant. Conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort area, Sandbridge is near attractions such as the Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Water Park (which includes go carts and mini-golf), plenty of shopping and restaurants. Why go further south to the North Carolina Outer Banks when you can have the best of all worlds in Sandbridge?! We stay a few weeks out of the year for now, but eventually will retire there, but until then, we love to share our "happy place" with others. We also have a 1-bedroom suite overlooking the beach in the Beach Quarters Resort at 5th St. & Atlantic Ave. at the Oceanfront. Rental available the 3rd week of June.
