Notice of Temporary Closure
Sadly, St. George Volcano LLC has decided to close our restaurant and tavern for an indefinite
period, to permit us to deep clean and renovate the kitchen and other facilities. Thereafter, we
plan to relaunch a better and cleaner restaurant and tavern.
We thank you all for your patronage since January 25, 2022 when we began to operate St George
Volcano and we very much look forward to seeing you again as soon as possible.

Chef Michael has breakfast//brunch going today, and Chef Corbin will kick off lunch mid-day and wrap up dinner later this evening.

Good Afternoon VOLCANO!
As part of the new ownership team at St George Volcano, we have been working diligently to make many necessary improvements, while at the same time cleaning up the property.
We will be open this afternoon at 4:00 and serving a roasted pork loin with a mango chutney sauce.
Also, some amazing meatballs either by themselves, with Bolognese sauce, pasta or as a sandwich. Salads will be available as well.
Check Michael Stamm is on duty, Laura is making the meatballs and will be serving you and Kirsten will be tending the saloon.
We will also be open Thursday afternoon with the standard menu plus New York Strips.
Also, special breakfasts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Stay tuned for dinner specials Friday through Sunday as well!
Thanks very much for all of the warmth we have received from the neighborhood!

Happy Thanksgiving! 🍗 Our restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 25, 2021, so that our staff may spend time with their family. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers! We will reopen on Friday, November 26, 2021, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Hotel is open.
