Rain or shine, I'll be making my usual trip to the Waitsfield Farmers Market this morning to see what catches my eye for tonight's Farmer's Market Pasta.
That's the fun of the dish—there's no script. Whatever looks freshest, most beautiful, and most delicious from our local growers becomes tonight's special.
And if a rainy Vermont day has you craving something a little more comforting, we'll also have warm mushroom bisque and Seanbalaya—our hearty mix of chicken, shrimp, and andouille sausage served over rice-ready to go
So while the rain does its thing outside, come spend the evening in the barn with a great meal, a cocktail, and some of the best flavors the Valley has to offer.
