Reservation Policies
* Reservations must be confirmed by a 40% deposit.
* A two-night deposit per cabin or site is required.
* Guest responsible for the full length of stay.
* 1-week minimum stay June 14th - August 27th

Large Groups: A 50% deposit will be required for any rental of three
cabins/sites or more. Check-out time 9.00 AM.
* Visa, Master Card, checks, and cash are accepted.
* Open full-service May 1st through October 1st.
* Please inquire about our limited off-season services.
* Pets OK in all cabins. The owner must clean up after your pet.

2026/2027 Winter at Acorn Hill & Brindley’s Harbor Resorts

We have started receiving a large number of phone calls about the winter of 2026-27. Below is the game plan for this upcoming hard-water season: In a typical ice year, we have about 17-22 miles of road with about 300-400 pre-plowed wheelhouse spots throughout Traders Bay and the main lake on Leech Lake.

Fees are as follows

Public Ice Road:
Vehicle & wheelhouse combo/daily pass- $20
Vehicle & wheelhouse season pass-$225
Wheelhouse parking/ week- $25
Wheelhouse parking/ season- $125
Full season pass- $350
Icehouse Access fees will include a pre-plowed spot.
Garbage: $5/bag
Swimming Pool Pass: $5 per day/per person
Showers: $5 per use/per person

Ice House Rentals: No road pass fee for sleeper rentals
We have (12) 4-person sleeper houses (18’x8’)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekday) $275 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekend) $325 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental $1525/ week

We have (1) 6-person sleeper house (20’ x 12’)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekday) $375 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekend) $425 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental $2025/ week

We have (1) 8-person sleeper house (24’x12’)
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekday) $475 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental (weekend) $525 a night
Wheelhouse Sleeper house rental $2525/ week

Pets are welcome. There is a $30-a-night fee.
Buddy House (a friend who has their own house & wants to be near the rentals): $40 + daily road pass
Check-in is 2:00 pm-4:00 pm; notify us if after 4:00 pm, & check-out is 9:00 am
A 50% deposit is due to hold your reservations on all Ice House rentals
