Our Story

The winner of Best Lodging in The Delta, The Bartlett is a great space for retreats or small gatherings. The Bartlett is located in the quaint and historic town of Walnut Grove, California in the heart of the Sacramento River Delta. Just a few blocks from the river, the property is easily accessible from I-5 or the Bay Area and is the perfect destination for a quick relaxing getaway or for extended stay.

The best part? There’s no shortage of activities to do on the Delta. Local wedding venues, historical sites, hiking trails, art galleries, local points of interest and wineries are within 10 miles of our property. We’re happy to give you a recommendation!

The Space

Built in 1915 as rooming house for migrant workers, The Bartlett has been lovingly renovated-- often times using reclaimed materials from the original building. Each room is meant to be cozy and comfortable. Rooms are suitable for 2 people, but the larger room-- our Bridal Suite-- can accommodate up to 5 guests. Our ground floor is handicap accessible.
