A farm season seems to come and go in a blink. This dinner brings farmers and guests together to sit at the same table, toast the season’s successes, acknowledge its challenges, and honor the land on which we work. At the heart of the evening is the connection between farmer and chef, brought to life through the art of transforming the food pulled from the ground into a thoughtful, seasonal meal.
