Led by Chef John Wesley, the intimate experience invites guests to gather around the chef’s counter in the W**e Room for an extensive multi-course omakase tasting menu.

Drawing from Scandinavian, Japanese, French, and California influences, the menu features exceptional Utah ingredients alongside KILN’s signature methods of curing, fermenting, drying, and pickling.
