A Note to Our Guests: Temporary Road Closures in Warm Springs This Saturday

We wanted to give our guests a little advance notice of some temporary road closures in Warm Springs on Saturday, October 24, from 5:30 to 9:30 PM. In conjunction with Preservation Bath's annual Warm Springs Ghost Walk, VDOT will close portions of Old Mill Road (Route 645) and Courthouse Hill Road (Route 619) between the Warm Springs Post Office and the intersection of Route 619 and U.S. 220.

Old Germantown Road (Route 692) and access parking in the 4 spots allotted to us at the Warm Springs Post Office will remain open.

If you're arriving Saturday afternoon/evening or have dinner plans in the area at Waterwheel Restaurant At Gristmill Square, we encourage you to allow a little extra travel time and be mindful of the closures. We want to make sure your visit is as relaxing and seamless as possible!

The Ghost Walk is a wonderful local fundraising event benefiting Preservation Bath, and guests are certainly welcome to participate if they'd like to experience a little of Warm Springs' haunted history. For additional event information, visit preservationbath.org.

The hills and the mill were alive with the sound of clicking tiles this weekend! 🀄️⛰️

Saturday was all about the tiles, with five hours of open play and a beginner lesson for our newest mahjong enthusiasts

Sunday brought the competition! Our tournament was everything we hoped it would be—friendly, welcoming, full of laughter, and just the right amount of competitive spirit.

A special congratulations to our tournament champion, Amy, a Bath County resident, who took home the GOLD! 🏆 This weekend’s grand prize included a beautiful travel set of mahjong tiles and an overnight stay at the Hollymead House in Charlottesville, Virginia.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us, whether you were picking up a tile for the very first time or chasing that winning hand. You made this weekend something special.

Good tiles, great company, and a little friendly competition. That’s how we roll at the Mill! 🩵🀄️
