We’re trying to be better, in the past we did do background checks but we’ve been lacking and not kept up….

So beginning this year ANYONE teaching a class with children involved a background check will be required. The cost is covered, so you will be out zero dollars.
Early next week a post will be made with a link for you to go and fill out the information needed to accomplish this endeavor.
We have contracted with Ministry Defender Solutions a partner of our current insurance Mennonite Mutual.

We pray you understand that this is to protect you, the children, the camp and us using Godly Wisdom.

Please return calls back to lodging manager, Tammy Schwartz concerning you campmeeting reservation for a room or a camp lot. She is trying to accommodate those on the waiting list. Some of you she has left several messages. Please return her calls or she will be giving your room or lot to the next person on the list. Don't think this, WELL SHE KNOWS IM COMING! She has only received about 60% of the reservation letters back. You don't want to show up and not have a place to stay!!

JUNIOR YOUTH AND WHALE BUILDING. Please fill this form out asap to guarantee your kiddo will have a t shirt for you to purchase in their size. This also helps the workers… volunteers who are taking care of your kids selflessly for the week.

Parents, Filling out this form helps keep your children safe and allows us to plan ahead, ensuring we have enough supplies for each child.
