One of our core values at Modus Hotels is to “serve others” – this includes our guests, colleagues and our community. These days, this value is at the forefront of our minds, as we address the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. As safety and health remain our highest priorities, we are taking additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

We also understand things are changing quickly, so our cancellation policy is becoming even more flexible. Any reservation (including non-refundable) booked between today and April 30, with stay dates between now and April 30, can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
