The water level is steadily rising and is predicted to reach the 417 tomorrow. I’ve included a map of where the 417 water level is. If you have anything that needs to moved please do so before tomorrow afternoon. FYI for our out of state campers, I will reach out to each of you and move your stuff today.

‼️This map is not the current level, it was reported in 2009. I just posted to let people know who had personal items in the “possible” flood areas to move the things that could float away like chairs, kayaks, fishing gear, toys, etc.

‼️The campers themselves do not need to be moved. Personal items only!

Happy Memorial Day! Hope everyone enjoyed themselves and made memories with their people. The rain slowed everything down at the campground this weekend but sometimes calm and peaceful is just what everyone needs.

Today we celebrate the Birthday of Jerry Hart, founder, developer and owner of Hart's RV Park and Campground.

Had he lived, he'd be 90, still driving his golf cart and telling people what they're doing wrong. He loved seeing people enjoy Hart's.

He also died on this day, his birthday, but I choose to celebrate his unique life that he chose to share with me.

Hart's exists because of him. So raise a glass or whisper "happy birthday " if you're glad Hart's exists because of him.

Ok, our water is on in the bathhouse so hold your breath for more freezing temps.

We did have casualties from the freezes: one commode in the women's bathroom is cracked, one shower is leaking in the women's. Both are on the far side as you go in.

Thank you for putting up with this inconvenience. It should be fixed as soon as possible.
