The program assists communities of less than 10,000 with design services for transportation related enhancements (and so much more!) This year RKLA is working with Albion, Dumont and Lake Mills.

His imagination and talent lead the conceptual development of our projects and rumor has it, he's still using the same pencil featured in the photo.
