th each rental unit and campsite having a unique setting. Our lodging sleeps anywhere from 4 to 21 people with 36 different places to chose from. We also have a large restaurant and lounge on location serving a full menu for lunch and dinner, a swimming pool, a general store and ice cream parlor, and we are pet friendly! Here at Happy Acres Resort you have found perfect place for your whole family to enjoy a peaceful mountain setting and all of the beauty that the Pine Creek Valley has to offer!!! We are surrounded by State Game Lands and across the street is Little Pine State Park that has a 94 acre lake for swimming and fishing, picnic areas, volleyball, and miles of marked hiking trails. In the town of Waterville, 4 miles south, you can access the Rails to Trails and travel for over 50 miles of scenic biking or hiking. We are located in the Williamsport area campgrounds as well as the Wellsboro area campgrounds and the Lock Haven area campgrounds with Williamsport and Lock Haven approximately 25 miles from our resort and Wellsboro 40 miles from us. The Big Pine Creek (4 miles south) and the Little Pine Creek (across the street!) are stocked trout fishing streams that are easily accessible for canoeing, tubing, kayaking, swimming and fishing. There are marked ATV trails nearby and in the winter you can get on your snowmobile and ride right from your cabin and travel over 100 miles on marked snowmobile trails. This area is known for its abundant wildlife and we are surrounded by State Game Lands giving hunters and outdoor enthusiasts thousands of acres to explore. Happy Acres Resort offers a variety of camping options from tent sites, partial and full hook-ups to monthly and seasonal sites. We have an assortment of rentals that sleep from 4 to 21 people. Our rental cabins include 2 large full service lodges, 26 full service cabins many with whirlpool bath tubs and 12 room rentals. All of our cabins have full kitchens and baths, fireplaces, A/C and heat , gas grills, fire rings and picnic tables. We have generators on site to insure that you will have a safe and comfortable stay with us and will always have water! We have a large playground, a coin-op laundry facility, and a swimming pool that is exclusively for our guests, an internet cafe and Verizon cell phone coverage. We are a propane filling station and offer TV to our sites and rental units. Our on site restaurant is called the Happy Acres Restaurant and Wildlife Lounge which is a family style restaurant and with a full menu, banquet facilities, our General Store is called the Happy Store and has an ice cream parlor along with groceries and gift items.
