I might be on vacation this week but it doesn't mean that I can't be getting things done. Below is a link to the 4 short term rentals that we own and/or manage. Still working on updating some photos and things but making progress. Saves guests and us money on the extra fees from Airbnb and VRBO.

Looking like we will have a lower unit of a duplex in Wild Rose opening up by Aug 1 or sooner. Its a 2 bed 1 bath, don't have any photos right now. Current tenant projected out this month some time. Rent projected around 950. Let me know if you or someone is interested. More details later this month when I have them.

Less than a week on the market and this house is officially under contract!!! Super excited as these clients are a HUGE pain in the butt to deal with all the time......they are my parents for those that think I post serious stuff on here. Regardless, very happy to see this get accepted especially knowing a fellow veteran is the one purchasing it!

Was able to get an accepted offer on this lot I listed over by Two Oaks Golf Course in Wautoma. Few other showings on other listings this week so hopefully a few more of these posts coming!

Anybody know a gardener/landscaper in the area to put remove a few trees/bushes and replant something else in its place. Also would need them to plant and maintain some flower beds throughout the season. Would be at an airbnb on Silver Lake in Wautoma.

I should have been more specific, the gardening/plants/flowers are the primary need. Already have a lawn guy.
