The “Gourdon” family has returned for their annual visit. They always enjoy kayaking in the lake, walking the trails, the super ranger led programs, and a round of golf at The Lakes. Come join them and enjoy all Laura S. Walker State Park has to offer!

We want to be sure and thank all our wonderful vendors for coming out Saturday and for everyone (and I do mean every one!) from Ware, Pierce, and Brantley counties who showed up and supported all our vendors! The weather was perfect and the food trucks were fishing out huge helpings of the tastiest food! If you ever run across Robin's Nest Simply Delicious (seafood) or Smoke Kings BBQ, make sure you grab some while you can. And then get some more for your next meal. Have you ever had a bucket of dirty tea or smoked lemonade?? We had it there!
Our craft vendors had some of the most unique pieces and designs we've ever had the privilege of hosting. If you missed this bazaar, make sure you mark your calendars for next February! Thanks again to all.

Coffee, Community & the Satilla River!

Join Satilla Riverkeeper at the Laura S. Walker State Park Interpretive Center on Thursday, September 10th at 9:00 AM for Coffee & Community!

We’ll grab a cup of coffee, connect with fellow river lovers, and enjoy a relaxing walk along the nature trail. It’s a great opportunity to get outside, meet new friends, and learn more about the work we’re doing to protect the Satilla River.

Whether you’re a longtime supporter or just curious about getting involved, we’d love to have you join us! Bring a friend and come enjoy a morning of coffee, community, and the beauty of our watershed.

Come sip, stroll, and connect with us!
