In preparation of the 100th birthday celebration of the house at 303 E. 10th, the current home of Rose 🌹Cottage, we’ve already been making plans!
We’ve been doing some videos and photo shoots.
I’ve partnered with Caleb Huet, a WSC Senior and a freelance videographer.
I invited my friend Lowell Johnson to bring his beautiful 1926 Model T to join us for some fun!
Be sure to watch for the finished product of our afternoon’s work.

Meet Jodi, Robin, Amy, Beth and Gina.

These gals lived in the house from 1990-1992.
What an absolute delight to have hosted them back home!

Happy belated birthday to Lauren!
She’s a Chi Omega sister, PEO sister and a sister in Christ!
She’s also the owner of Fresh Flowers by Lauren and has played a large part in the beautiful flowers that surround Rose 🌹 Cottage, the former Chi Omega house!
She and I enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay and some nibbles on the back deck of Rose 🌹 Cottage.
By the way, you rock the tierra sister!

Rose Cottage loves its’ guests.
Nearly two years ago, Amanda and Gary, along with their son Troy, were in Wayne to visit their son/brother, Tristan, a WSC student.
The most impressive part? This amazing family is from South Africa.

Yesterday, Amanda and Gary were back in the Nebraska to visit their sons, along with their son‘s girlfriends Abby and Addy!

The couple took the time to stop and visit Rose Cottage and enjoy afternoon tea together along with their sons and their girlfriends, all four WSC students.

We’re blessed beyond all measure!
