- Parker’s Farm Rv Park is a long-term month-to-month RV park perfect for stationary full-time RV living. Located at 3030 Zion Hill rd. 2 miles north of Weatherford, Texas. Currently have 2 spots available. We are a small private 8 spot RV park that focuses on quality not quantity. We are primarily adults only but have made exceptions.
Our amenities include
- 30’ x 45’ massive commercial grade covers
- 10’ Privacy walls on both sides of every spot
- 4000 sqft lighted dog park with covered entrance area and shade trees.
- Culligan filtration system on the well for filtered water at every tab
- Free Starlink Wi-Fi
- Large 12 person inground concrete storm Shelter
- 100 amp service to every spot with a 50 amp, 30 amp, an additional 20 amp 120 volt outlet.
- Sewer hook up at every spot
- Gravel Walking trails
- Large Dumpster
- Spots 1-4 are three sided for maximum shade, privacy, and protection.
- spots 5-8 are two sided with a small yard out back and views of our pasture where our Dorper sheep graze
- Currently working on a stock pond for fishing and a fire pit area.
Monthly rate is $750 plus electric with a $300 deposit and required background/credit checks. $50 monthly Discounts for all military, first responders, travel nurses, and isd employees.
