We spent the day doing one of our favorite things, exploring a book fair. Feira do Livro has been a staple in Lisbon‘s massive Eduardo VII Park for 96 years! We finally got a chance to explore it and we were impressed by the huge number of vendors and the enthusiastic readers here in Portugal.

Castelo de Sesimbra was more than just a castle. Watch our newest video about the fascinating Castelo de Sesimbra, which once housed the entire village that is now down-mountain near the coast. We spent an afternoon exploring the ruins that are now a national monument and gained some fascinating insight into the history of this city founded by the Roman Empire

One constant in Portugal is that there are delicious pastries everywhere. During a recent trip to Sesimbra, we needed some breakfast and came across a pastalaria that had way too many choices and we couldn't try just one. (We promise we don't eat like this all the time!)
