🎶 Featuring: The Miles Band, Sherman Hill, DJ Big Daddy, The Erica Reynolds Band, Mike McMann, and The Ian Campbell Band.

Waking up at Farm Road Estate just got a little more colorful! 🌷✨

The landscape is officially shedding its winter coat, and we are here for every vibrant second of it. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to head to the hills, this is it.

What’s Popping on the Grounds:

Petal Power: Our first wave of flowers is officially in bloom, bringing pops of color back to the gardens.

The Big Green-Up: That crisp, Vermont green is finally emerging across the meadows.

Before it was an estate, before it was an inn, this land helped build West Dover itself.
In 1796, the town’s very first sawmill stood here, shaping the early community that would grow around it. Over centuries, the property evolved from working land to beloved farm, then to the Inn at Sawmill Farm, and today lives on as Farm Road Estate, where history isn’t preserved behind glass, but felt in every beam, field, and gathering.
More than a destination, this is a place nearly 230 years in the making. ✨

What a winter it has been. From the first snowfall to the final cozy dinner service, this season at Sawmill Bar & Table has been nothing short of unforgettable.

To every guest who joined us by the fire, every regular who makes this place feel like home, and every member of our incredible team—thank you. You turned a cold season into a winter full of warmth, incredible food, and memories that will stick with us long after the snow melts.
