Do you know me? Found walking through the campground with a small black dog today. Black dog is wearing a collar but is skittish and ran off through the campground. This gal is shy but friendly, nails appear very recently trimmed and she is well fed. We have her at the campground for now to see if an owner can be located. Thanks.

Just a friendly reminder as we head into the holiday weekend: We do NOT permit the discharge of any fireworks anywhere at the campground. Please leave those at home.

However, please be aware that we have neighbors who do typically set off fireworks. If you are traveling with your dog, please ensure you have logged them on the sheet in the office (Ohio Rule) and that your pet has a tag with contact information in case they get frightened and are separated from you. This will help us reunite you with your pet. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Due to some repairs being completed in a nearby area by the city of Portsmouth, we may experience periods of little/no water at the campground. It is not a campground water issue. Hoping that their work is completed quickly so our water pressure returns to normal very soon. Thanks!
