This October, join us for a wonderful dinner at the Inn, benefiting a great cause. Executive Chef Gerardo Viejo developed a special three-course, prix fixe menu in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, available alongside our regular dinner menu, Sunday through Thursday in The Restaurant. When you choose the Pink Menu, 10% of proceeds will go to the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation. Begin with a refreshing endive and arugula salad or ahi tuna appetizer, followed by your choice of pan-seared scallops, heritage chicken, or crispy-skin salmon. --Ahi Tuna Tiradito, with pink grapefruit leche de tigre, pomegranate seeds, finger lime, black garlic gel
--Beets & Carrots, with carrot puree, salt roasted beets, tarragon pesto, toasted pepitas
