Now Hiring: Seasonal Part-Time Dinner Server (May–October 2026)

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented seasonal server to join our team for the 2026 season at our inn in Weston, VT.

Schedule:

Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings
Approximately 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Season runs May 17 through October 31, 2026

About the Role:

This is a small, intimate dinner service for our walking tour guests (maximum of 12 guests per night). The atmosphere is relaxed but thoughtful, with an emphasis on hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

-Serving dinner and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner
-Assisting with light kitchen prep and plating
-Replenishing supplies
-Dishwashing and kitchen clean-up at the end of service
-Reset Dining Room at end of shift

Compensation:
$18/hour
Guaranteed tips

We’re looking for someone who:

Is personable, dependable, and enjoys working with people
Is comfortable jumping between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks
Takes pride in creating a welcoming, high-quality guest experience

This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent, part-time evening work in a beautiful setting with a small, appreciative group of guests.

Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
-Must be able to acquire certification from the Vermont 1st Class Server Training Program 2026 (we will cover the cost).
-Must have reliable transportation and live within a reasonable distance to Weston.
