80 years ago today and almost to the hour (Hawaiian time) our country was attacked on Pearl Harbor. Twenty American ships and more than 300 airplanes were destroyed or severely damaged.

Most important, 2,403 sailors, soldiers and civilians were killed and about 1,000 people were wounded.

That day—the one that President Franklin D. Roosevelt said would "live in infamy" changed the United States and the rest of the world.

Pacific Motel and RV would like to thank all active, inactive, and retired military and service members; along with their families. We deeply appreciate all of the sacrifices and admire the courage you have. THANK YOU!
