I’ve been trying so hard to perfect our look that I had completely lost my way. Tonight for the farmers market we went minimalist. An umbrella, a few crates and some product and I feel like I’ve reclaimed my layout.

I’m sorry the cottage has been so quiet. My health has been really bad and I basically had to retreat to my bed to rest. But I’m back! And ready to open the cottage door and welcome you all in! So tell me, what have you been up to for the past month? Any good news? New family members? Vacations, good books, crafts? Anything else you want to share? What began as a small dream during one of the hardest chapters of my life slowly grew into something beautiful: a peaceful little apothecary filled with handmade soaps, comforting scents, and everyday magic.

This space was created with care for fellow weary souls, cottage wanderers, renaissance faire folk, dragon lovers, book hoarders, and anyone who needs a small moment of softness in a loud world.

Introducing Lady Lori’s Laurel Lotion 🌿

This lotion was created in honor of my cousin Lori, whose strength and resilience inspired me to create something centered around softness, comfort, and care.

Life can be incredibly hard, and during difficult seasons, even small acts of gentleness matter. A warm blanket. A favorite scent. A moment of feeling cared for.

Crafted with shea butter, jojoba oil, and skin-loving ingredients, Lady Lori’s Laurel Lotion was made to be a little reminder that comfort is never a small thing.

The laurel leaf has long symbolized endurance, perseverance, and quiet victory, and it felt like the perfect emblem for this creation.
