In 2020, just before the pandemic and the world as we knew it shut down, we purchased our little piece of Wrightsville Beach at the Waterway. 🌊⛵☀️
What followed was a month spent renovating during lockdown and imagining what it could become. What started as a renovation project quickly became something much more meaningful. We’ve always loved Wrightsville Beach and there’s something special about a place that generations of families have enjoyed, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be a small part of that story.
Today, known as Waterway Getaway - Wrightsville Beach we’re proud to honor the nostalgia and legacy of the original Waterway while creating a place where new memories can be made for years to come. From beach days and sunset cruises to slow mornings by the water, we hope every guest leaves with a little piece of Wrightsville in their heart.
As our busy season comes to an end, here’s to preserving the past, celebrating the present, and keeping the Waterway legacy alive for generations to come. We will be celebrating 7 years in January and we want to thank all of our past guests for choosing The WATERWAY GETAWAY | Est. 2020 💙
