We’ve had an amazing group of guests this weekend. Many memories of growing up in Wilson and the area were discussed at the breakfast table.
Our final breakfast today consisted of Turkey Stacks (eggs, turkey, avocado, tomatoes and cheese. Caramelized apples, locally made smoked sausage…..and more, of course😆. You’ll have to come and find out what the “and more” was.😁

Shish*tos right out of the garden transformed into broiled Shish*tos w/olive oil, tomato from Scott and Parmesan cheese.
Wilbur can not decide where to start eating. Banana crumb muffin or custard with lingonberries. HELP🤔

Ordered coffee beans yesterday from The Roasterie in Kansas City. They roasted yesterday, delivery today……Joes favorite is Four Bean Blend….I favor Brazil or Full Vengeance😆. Trying a new organic Fair Trade Espresso. ❤️the smell of

New for me book by Ken Haedeich....thought I would try out his perfect pastry recipe and make Apple Cream Pie last night. Of course you can have pie for breakfast I told my guests. Farm fresh eggs, country sausage and homemade biscuits included. Enjoyed conversation with my amazing new friends.
