Dear Friends, Guests and Viewers:
>
> As you may know we were just featured as the two night premier of Gordon Ramsay's new show. We contemplated long and hard about doing it but thought that the exposure for our town and region would outweigh the potential risks. We appreciate the outpouring of support from our guests, employees, neighbors and friends and are glad that people looked at it, for ...the most part anyway, for what it was - reality television and entertainment.
>
> This is not to discount the lasting impact that Chef Ramsay has left on our very special Vermont vacation destination as we all learned a lot. Several of our staff members have moved on to what we hope is better and brighter things for them and we have added some wonderful new staff in every department. Chef Ramsay's visit was difficult on all of us although we truly listened to what was said and have been working diligently to implement the suggestions which has been realized by our rapid growth. We acknowledge that this rapid growth has come with some "bumps" but are pleased to say that most of our guest leave happy and wanting to return to our historic Vermont country inn and region.
>
> The shows phenomenal ratings (highest premier ratings for the summer) have further filled our phones lines and we ask your patience as we return your calls. Please remember we are a small country inn and want to spend the appropriate amount of time with each guest to insure their satisfaction and feeling of care.
>
> Thank you Gordon Ramsay for your input which has directly affected our growth and we look forward to your return. We also wish to thank our long term staff members who have been with us and remained loyal and our newer team members including our new Chef William Teahan, who have all brought an even greater brightness to this romantic escape we call Juniper Hill Inn. We know they all understand our commitment and gratitude to them. Mostly we wish to thank our guests and the locals who have supported us for the past seven years as it is because of them we can continue to share the great history and legacy of this great home (built for one of America's leading families) and our incredible town and region. We invite you all to come visit Vermont and stay in this authentic piece of American history.
