Jason began his career with us at just 17 years old and has worked his way up to head our engineering team. Over his time at Graylyn, Jason has managed the intricate details of our estate to support the guest experience. Jason has also taken the lead in safety and crisis training for our team.

Ahoy, mateys! Students from the Appalachian State University ACES Program joined us for a retreat and said, "Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me!" Their off-site meeting included one of our most spirited Team-Building Adventures, Pirates of the Piedmont. The students split into teams to build and decorate a boat, then race it across the Graylyn pond. 🏴‍☠️ 🎉

Please help us welcome Kevin Donnelly to the Graylyn leadership team as the Director of Operations! Kevin's career spans over 20 years leading hotel operations, food and beverage outlet management, convention services, and serving as Director of Human Resources at grand hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kevin has roots across the United States, including New England, and began his hospitality career at the Palmer House in Chicago, Illinois. Kevin joined us just in time to welcome Team Germany and helped ensure their comfortable and peaceful stay while they were in Winston-Salem.
