We’re growing our team at Chula Vista Resort! Whether your strengths are hands-on, guest-focused, operational, financial, or food-service focused, we have several opportunities available:

Maintenance Positions | 1st & 2nd Shift
Complete preventive and on-demand repairs throughout guest rooms, kitchens, public areas, and employee housing. Responsibilities may include plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems, and more.

Security Positions | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Help protect our guests, associates, and property through resort patrols, surveillance, incident response, safety checks, and collaboration with local emergency services. These positions also provide a great training opportunity for those interested in law enforcement or similar fields.

Accounting Manager
Support month-end closing, account reconciliations, financial statements, accounts payable, payroll, tax reporting, fixed assets, and annual audit preparation.

Business Operations Coordinator
Serve as an administrative and operational partner to resort leadership by coordinating priorities, communications, contracts, meetings, projects, and daily office workflows.

Concessions/Food Service | Crash Landings
Help lead food preparation and service while maintaining company standards for guest service, food safety, cleanliness, daily operations, and an engaging dining experience.

Reservations/Customer Service
Create a positive first impression by helping guests choose accommodations, understand rates and packages, and plan their stay with friendly, accurate service.

As the summer season comes to a close, we celebrated our incredible associates earlier this week with the annual Chula Games—our own version of the Olympics! 🏅

Associates signed up for a variety of events, competed alongside their coworkers, and enjoyed some well-deserved fun. It’s one of our favorite ways to recognize the hard work, dedication, and energy our team brings all summer long.

Since joining Chula Vista Resort in 2024, Ricky has become an invaluable part of our team. From early morning parking lot maintenance and waste disposal to event setup, package deliveries, seasonal grounds care, snow removal, and countless behind-the-scenes projects, Ricky's dedication helps keep our resort running smoothly every day.

His flexibility, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever he's needed embody the teamwork and commitment that make Chula Vista Resort special. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, its impact is seen and felt by associates and guests across the entire property.
