After a hiatus to avoid the heat, I’m back in the shop to close out the last outstanding custom orders and to finish off the last of the stock I have laying around. On that end, first up is this Bowie, the largest I’ve made so far at 12” for the blade, overall should be about 18” when complete so if you’ve ever wanted to have that Crocodile Dundee moment, this is the blade for you! Hand forged 1095 high carbon steel, this will have an exotic hardwood, or maybe bone handle (haven’t decided yet) and some beautiful red silicon bronze fittings. This piece will be available this weekend for purchase so if you’ve ever wanted missed out on getting a custom piece from me this might be for you. ~$950 when completed, no sheath because my leatherwork is embarrassing.
