The 1822 Lewis Cottage is another rental gem in the Barn House family 🏡

This woodland haven is the original Lewis house of Lewis Hollow. We renovated the cottage with a nod to rustic Catskills luxury, adding a sauna, whirlpool bath, and a fenced-in yard for dogs. The property has its own private swimming hole, a twenty-foot tree swing, the original wood-burning stove, and backyard access to hiking trails, streams, and waterfalls.

We’ve welcomed many new community members this year, so it’s time for a reintroduction 🏡🌄

The Woodstock Barn House is a vacation wonderland with expansive views of Overlook Mountain. A community labor of love, we disassembled this 1869 hand-hewn dairy barn and moved it 30 miles to the old Downer Family Farm, where it now resides.

We restored and designed the property to inspire. Each detail was chosen for the story it has to tell – stained glass windows salvaged from a church in St. Louis, a chandelier from an old Victoria’s Secret, custom Jon Robshaw linens, a 1952 Seeburg juke, a wood-burning tea stove, and so much more.

Whether you’re unwinding in the hot tub, tromping through waterfalls, or dining on pizza fresh from our wood-burning pizza oven, we invite you to taste the Woodstock life.
