You know that gorgeous hydrangea tree we love so much? 🌸 Well, there’s a little more history behind it than you might think!

This fall, we welcomed Mark, the grandson of the home's original owner, Agnes Tennent, who loved planting hydrangeas! Nearly 100 years later, the love Agnes poured into this home is still blooming. ✨

Mark and his wife Vickie even took a few special clippings back home to Alabama with them!

We are SO thankful to be celebrating THREE YEARS of Casa Mirabella Guest House with you all this October! ✨

Casa Mirabella Guest House has welcomed family, friends, and travelers to the Wooster area since its days as a boarding house in the mid 1900s and later as the renowned Mirabelle Bed and Breakfast.

When the home became available in 2023, we fell in love with its old-world beauty and craftsmanship and immediately began dreaming of sharing it with others, drawing on the rich tradition of hospitality rooted in Juan’s Guatemalan heritage.

Our goal is simple: to honor the home’s history while providing you all with the warmth, comfort, and peace of a welcoming home—and a memorable stay in Wooster. In all we do, we strive to honor God and faithfully steward both the home and the wellbeing of our guests.

Whether you’re sipping a cup from our coffee bar here at Casa Mirabella or stopping by one of Wooster’s local coffee shops during your stay, we hope your day includes a little coffee, a little relaxation, and plenty of enjoyment.
