Our Story

Hosts Ted and Karen live in the adjacent completely remodeled 1850's farmhouse. Ted is an architect who designed the loft to be open, airy, energy efficient and welcoming to our guests. Karen is the director of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce and will keep you up to date on everything happening in town. We love Yellow Springs and spend a great deal of time walking and cycling on the bike trail right in front of our house or hanging out at Yellow Springs Brewery just a few hundred feet away.
