Our bright and breezy cottage is barely a minute walk to Long Sands Beach.

The cottage features a separate queen bedroom with bathroom, and a loft sleeping area with two twin beds, which are best suited for children. The max occupancy is 4 people. The kitchen is updated and fully outfitted, and there is a dining table for two. All bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included (please provide your own beach towels if desired). Parking is included directly in front of the cottage. Thoughtful touches and amenities abound. We provide two high-quality beach chairs and small chair umbrellas, as well as a sturdy canvas beach bag. There are even some beach toys for little ones. The cottage has an air conditioner as well as a ceiling fan, we also have a floor fan for use. There is a patio table with four chairs right in front of the cottage for your exclusive use, and a gas grill behind the unit available to use. The cottage is just steps to the ocean, and faces direct east so the light and the sea breezes are amazing through the floor-through windows.

To secure a booking, we require 1/2 of the total rent as a deposit, along with a signed basic lease. The rent deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the rental start date. There is a $500 refundable security deposit and a $150 one-time cleaning fee. All other fees, utilities (including high-speed WiFi and smart TV with cable, Disney+, and HBO), and taxes are included. Sorry, no pets allowed.
