Do you ever wonder what an innkeeper does when there are no guests? Today this innkeeper canned lots of fresh tomatoes and salsa.
I enjoy the process of canning fresh food to have for the winter months. I have already made several types of jam that will be served with my freshly baked scones for your breakfast when you book a room at the Parish House Inn. I'd love to know what your jam is your favorite!
