Single Wide Mobil Home $230.00 a month Double Wide $265.00 a month---RV space available 30-50 AMP price range from $450.00 a month for all bills paid with caps on utilities to $300.00 a month if you place electric in your name and we still carry caps on water or $240.00 a month if you place all utilities in your name.
