Myeerah's Inn Bed & Breakfast/ Group Dining Bed & Breakfast

Myeerah’s Inn has three guest rooms furnished with Ohio antiques and eclectic vintage furnishings.

Two guest rooms share a bath and the third has a private bath. Hearty French country breakfasts are served with fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea. In the summer breakfast may be served outdoors.

$70 per room, tax included

Group Dining

Myeerah’s Inn also offers private group dining for 10-50 persons. Served by candlelight with beautiful linens the Inn is perfect for breakfast

s, brunches, lunches, dinners, business meetings, showers, rehearsal dinners or simply an intimate meal with family and friends. Beer and Wine are available. Entrée choices include:

Pork loin marinated and baked in apple brandy with fresh mushrooms, served with a warm brandy crème sauce. Chicken San Marino-chicken breast and prosciutto rolled with gruyere cheese, encased in breadcrumbs and baked– served with a cognac cream sauce

History & Location

Myeerah’s Inn is named for the Indian princess Myeerah, the daughter of Chief Tarhee and wife of Isaac Zane whom the village was named. The burial marker for Myeerah and Isaac is located on the property. The couple were instrumental in bringing peace between the white settlers and the Wyandot Indians. Originally built in 1847 as a stagecoach stop, the house that is now Myeerah’s Inn has been the site of many businesses over the years. The small village of Zanesfield is located five miles east of Bellefontaine, and one mile north of Mad River Mountain. The Simon Kenton-Isaac Zane memorial is adjacent to the Inn.
