Associate Appreciation Week at Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove was filled with laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories!

From karaoke nights and movie nights to our Cat Sail adventure, bingo, milkshakes, smoothies, and the highly anticipated Slider Showdown, every event was a celebration of the incredible associates who make our resort shine every day. 🌴❤️

The fun, friendly competition, amazing prizes, and shared moments reminded us just how special our team truly is. Thank you to each and every associate for your dedication, hard work, and the positive energy you bring to our guests and one another.

Today at Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove was all about family, fun, and learning! 🌴✨

We loved welcoming our team members’ little ones for a special “Bring Your Kids to Work Day,” and what an amazing experience it was!

The kids got hands-on and creative by designing their very own tie-dye shirts 🎨 and building delicious parfaits . They also learned valuable life skills like CPR , explored how our on-site generators keep everything running smoothly , and had a blast making fun towel creations 🧺.

To top it all off, they toured our beautiful villas and got a behind-the-scenes look at what makes our property so special. ❤️

Moments like these remind us that we’re more than just a workplace—we’re a community.
