On June 4, 2026, Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi was honored to host the MICHELIN Guide Vietnam 2026 Ceremony – marking the fourth consecutive year that the world’s most prestigious culinary guide has been present in Vietnam, while also celebrating the 100th anniversary of the MICHELIN Star.

Throughout the ceremony, a total of 193 dining establishments across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang were recognized, including 72 Bib Gourmand venues, 110 MICHELIN Selected establishments, and notably, 11 restaurants awarded One MICHELIN Star.
