Ann’s Home Saigon @Bui Vien

Ann’s Home is a 1 bedroom apartment which is located in the tourist area Bui Vien walking street, Pham Ngu Lao, in the heart of Saigon. It is only a short distance from Saigon's main attractions and sight seeings like Ben Thanh market, 23/9 park, Opera House etc.

It's surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, convenient store and other family-friendly activities & nightlife. Our place is the best choice for you because of the location & convenience.

Ann’s Home is newly renovated, modern and clean, which is inside an old Vietnam style residentia building. Kindly note that the street level entrance to the building and stairway is old and in need of new paint & renovation. Also it is on the 5th floor, with no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs, this may be not for you. But if you have no issue with stairs, it is well worth the effort.

Also, the apartment has internally facing windows that open out into the hall, there are no windows that open outdoors. This may not be suitable to those who require natural light, a view etc. (this is actually a good thing for this location, as the other apartments in the building that do open out onto the street are extremely noisy, Bui Vien street rocks loud way past midnight, and this noise does not affect my space)
