The Open Studio Art Retreat is a beginner-friendly introduction to abstract art, exploring color, texture, and layering through oil pastels, acrylics, and printmaking.

Days move between yoga, guided workshops, open studio time, and quiet moments around Hoi An, giving you space to experiment without pressure.

You’ll leave with a finished piece, new techniques, and greater confidence in your own creative voice.

We’re looking for 2 team members to support guest experience, light F&B service, and daily operations in a hands-on, all-rounder role.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Experienced in hospitality (preferred)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and multitask
• Able to commit long term

Working hours
• Morning: 7:00 – 11:00
• Afternoon: 11:00 – 15:30 (incl. 30mins break)
• 6 days/week
