This workshop is an invitation to go beneath the surface to meet the emotions/ beliefs that have been quietly running the show, and dissolve what no longer belongs to you.

Then, we rebuild. Through high vibrational sound, we install a new frequency one that resonates with who you are becoming.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and release emotional patterns and limiting beliefs that may no longer serve you.

Through guided meditation and sound frequencies, this session is designed to support nervous system relaxation, emotional clarity, inner balance, and deeper connection to the body.

Before the session, take some time to reflect and write down the areas where you feel emotionally blocked, stuck, heavy, or repeating certain patterns. This allows the practitioner to focus more directly and intentionally during the session.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

When we talk about energy release, it is nervous system shift

During Reiki or Sound session, your system often moves out of a guarded, high-alert state into a more open one. That involves the Autonomic Nervous System shifting gears.

If you’ve been holding stress for a long time, your baseline isn’t relaxed, it’s tense. So when the body starts letting go, it doesn’t feel smooth. It feels unfamiliar and sometimes uncomfortable.

When your system exits “fight or flight,” stress hormones like Cortisol drop.

And the reality is:

✨ You suddenly feel how exhausted you actually are
✨ Your body shifts into repair mode
✨ Energy goes toward recalibration, not outward activity

So you feel heavy, sleepy, or drained.
It just exposed how depleted your system already was.
