Mùa thu Sa Pa có một bảng màu rất riêng:
Vàng của lá ngân hạnh khi nắng chạm vào, và của những đóa cúc vàng nở dọc lối đi.
Tím dịu của hoa lavender.
Xanh và đỏ của lá phong đang chuyển màu.
Trắng của mây, sương và những bông cúc họa mi.
Xanh rêu của núi rừng và nâu ấm của mái nhà bản làng.
Cam hồng của hoàng hôn.
Thời điểm đẹp nhất để ngắm là quanh lúc bình minh để săn mây, và chiều muộn để thấy nắng chạm lên lá vàng.

Autumn in Sa Pa has a palette all its own:
The gold of ginkgo leaves when the sunlight touches them, and of yellow chrysanthemums blooming along the paths.
The soft purple of lavender.
The green and red of maple leaves as they change color.
The white of clouds, mist and daisies.
The moss green of the mountains and forests, and the warm brown of the village rooftops.
The orange-pink of the sunset.
The best times to take it all in are around sunrise for cloud hunting, and late in the afternoon, when the sunlight touches the golden leaves.
