This guest pointed out a few things that professional STRs companies should all be excelling in:

• we allow guests to have guests instead of assuming evryone is trying to throw a wild party. We know how to vet those out. We can offer more than hotel can by providing a comfortable place to meet together and hang out.

• “comfy beds” - all of our properties make sure the bedrooms are designed for comfort. We spend $$$$ on each bedroom because if guests do nothing else at the home, they are sleeping in the beds.

• Stellar descriptions/listings make a huge difference in a potential guest’s decision process.

• offering eco-friendly amenities like EV chargers, green cleaning, and allergen-friendly homes is a fast growing segment with travelers.

We have a couple of STR property management openings available in the Spokane WA area and the Seattle/Puget Sound area. If you know of a homeowner who may be interested in our services please send a DM.

I love what we do 💚

The biggest challenge is maintaining our high level of service and quality control as a 💯% green clean vacation rental company while continuing to grow.

We’re doing it‼️ Our owners are happy and our guests are too.

I am currently working with out-of-country owners with multiple market analysis as they choose which property to buy. 📉

We will be setting up a new home with water views in Browns Point this week. 🌊🐳

Did you know The Space Needle in Seattle was originally sketched on a napkin?

In Seattle, the Space Needle ranks amongst the top attractions and things to do.

However, like with many Seattle trivia facts, the origins of this one-of-a-kind structure are surprising. According to the Space Needle official website, the landmark’s humble beginnings can be traced back to a trip to Germany.

Back in 1959, a hotel executive in Seattle named Edward E. Carlson (who also happened to be chief organizer of the 1962 World’s Fair) travelled to Stuttgart, Germany. There, he was inspired by its famous TV tower, the Stuttgart Tower which included a restaurant on top.

He was so inspired in fact that he doodled a similar structure on a hotel napkin, thinking about how it would make a great centerpiece for the World Fair and for Seattle’s developing skyline.

We would highly recommend you visit.

Urban haven…within walking distance of our Modern Charm Apartment

Located in the Ballard neighborhood in North Seattle. A hip, urban area in classic Seattle bungalow neighborhood that is currently being developed with modern townhomes intermingled.

1.5 miles from Seattle Modern Charm yet tucked into a quaint residential street yet close to all of the same things such as the Fremont Troll (4 miles), Ballard Locks (5 miles), Downtown (8 miles)

Thinking of heading downtown? Be sure to check out The space Needle. The Space Needle ranks amongst the top attractions and things to do in Seattle and theres a great story behind how it was designed too!
