🌴 We’re ready for our next chapter, and that means our home is for sale. It’s a private, gated mid-century modern property minutes to downtown Sarasota, with a courtyard pool and a truly incredible studio space that can be a guest retreat, office, or wellness room. We’ve loved the privacy, the light, and the location near the bay. 📍 1939 High Point Dr, Sarasota, FL 34236 💰 Listed at $ 1,395,000 🔗Book a home tour here: https://www.searchsarasotahomes.com/property-search/detail/240/A4676860/1939-high-point-dr-sarasota-fl-34236/

The time has come, buy our place! link in bio. Tucked just moments from Hudson Bayou and Sarasota Bay, this gated mid-century modern compound offers a rare opportunity to own a meaningful piece of Sarasota’s architectural and artistic history while embracing a lifestyle that feels both inspired and entirely livable.

Originally built in 1954 as a Ruth Richmond design and later reimagined by nationally recognized abstract artist Steve McCallum, the property blends authentic mid-century lines with bold creative character. Set behind walls and framed by lush tropical landscaping, the home unfolds as a private retreat within one of Sarasota’s most desirable cultural corridors.
