JALGOR HUMAN RESOURCE PROVIDER, INC. (JALGOR) was incorporated in 2004 and obtained its license as a private recruitment agency from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on May 30, 2005. JALGOR met the stringent requirements of POEA during its second year of operations and its application for the renewal of its POEA license was approved on June 5, 2007.
The Company has established the recruitment and hiring procedures and processes to ensure that highly qualified workers fill the job requirements of our principals. JALGOR maintains a database of its pool of applicants for the medical and allied professions, construction skilled workers, domestic helpers, and hotel workers to fast-track recruitment of highly qualified workers. The Company has set up internet connections to allow easy communications and a facility for principals to conduct interviews of applicants via the webcam. Within a year of operation, JALGOR has already established good working relationships with various government agencies i.e. TESDA, OWWA, DOLE and POEA to ensure that the relevant programs of these agencies are availed of for the benefit of both our principals and client-workers.
