Spring is around the corner, the days are getting warmer, and the Klein Karoo is calling. Before you pack the car, here’s a handy checklist to help you make the most of your stay:

⚠️ Cancellations Can Be Costly

Dear holiday-makers and travellers,

We would love to welcome you to Karoowater Guest Farm and host you for a peaceful Karoo getaway.

However, it is always disappointing when guests book and pay with excitement, only to later cancel and realise that they may forfeit all or part of their deposit.

While unexpected things can happen, we kindly ask guests to please confirm their travel dates, holiday plans, and availability before making a booking with us.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation of your booking, regardless of the reason, the following terms apply:

* 0–3 days before arrival: Deposit paid will be forfeited
* 4–15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit paid will be forfeited
* 16–29 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit paid will be forfeited
* All refunds: An administration fee of R100 will be charged
* More than 30 days before arrival: Only a R100 cancellation fee will be charged
