PORTICO 501
Portico 501 is a modern beach front 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views just 50 meters from the beach, ideally located in Bloubergstrand. Watch amazing sunsets with spectacular views of Robben Island and Table Mountain. Portico 501 is walking distance to shopping centres, kite surf rentals, vibrant restaurants and night clubs. THE SANDS
The sands are a stone throw from the beach approximately 400 meters to Bloubergstrand beach - 5 minutes walk. The Sands is similar in structural designs but may differ slightly on the inside yet decor is the same throughout. Wooden furniture compliments the decor, while modern art decorates the wall. An open plan kitchen and lounge with balcony so that guests can enjoy a cocktail on the patio. It is an ideal destination for a small family or two travelling companions.
